Marble cupcake with coconut shavings

Because of the shavings it is quite crumbly, though not dry - the texture is soft and light and you can clearly feel the coconut in it. You can make a cupcake without adding cocoa, but the marble pattern is more interesting and appetizing. But note that the cupcake is moderately sweet, sweet tooth should increase the amount of sugar by 50 percent. Treat your loved ones with delicious and easy baked goods.

Compound (for a mold about 20 cm long):
- cream butter - 120g .
- flour - 120 gr.
- sugar powder - 130 gr.
- coconut shavings - 50 gr.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- leavening agent - 5 gr.
- cocoa powder - 15 gr.
- cream - 2 tbsp.

Lubricate the muffin mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Dry the coconut shavings in a dry pan.
Whisk the softened butter with the powdered sugar into a fluffy mixture.
While still beating, introduce the eggs into the butter mixture one at a time.
In small batches, stir in the sifted flour, leavening agent, and coconut shavings.
Divide the dough into two equal portions.
Dissolve the cocoa in the cream and incorporate into one part of the batter.
Pour the dough into the mold, alternating dough with and without cocoa.
To make a beautiful pattern, pour the batter in small portions.
Bake the cupcake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180 degrees Celsius and bake until done - about 15 minutes. A wooden skewer should come out of the pastry dry.
