Very fast pizza
Do you love pizza? I think everyone loves pizza. Do you make it often? I still remember the time when pizza was almost a holiday dish for me - I was preparing for it: I was buying products, worrying about the dough. But long ago for me pizza has become a quick dish: quickly knead dough (good, this recipe always turns out well), go for a walk with the child, and then quickly roll out, on top of lay everything that is in the fridge (by the way, pizza is also an ingenious way to use different leftovers, cheese, sausage, vegetables) and voila - a delicious dinner is ready. And recently I tried to simplify the preparation of pizza even more - instead of cooking dough used a ready-made tortilla, but I think that will work well and pita bread. Then everything follows the scheme - toppings, oven and pleasure. And it turns out very tasty, believe me. The stuffing I write my own, it is collected from everything that was at hand: eggplants, cheese, tomatoes and peppers, to decorate the taste of neutral eggplants, I took a little cheese with blue mold - it turned out great. You can use any stuffing, the main idea here is ready-made tortillas instead of making dough. By the way, this will come in handy if you have unexpected guests and there's no time to wait for the yeast dough to rise.
Compound:
- tortilla - 6 pcs.
- eggplant - 2 small
- tomato - 2 small
- bell pepper - 1 piece
- mozzarella - 150 gr.
- blue mold cheese - 50 gr.
- tomato paste - 100 gr.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Preparation of very fast pizza:
Slice the eggplant into rings about 5mm thick. I got about 1 cm thick, it was a bit thick, it's better to slice thinner.
Lightly grease a grill pan with olive or sunflower oil and grill the eggplant slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Stir in the sour cream and tomato paste.
Slice tomatoes and peppers into circles. Slice mozzarella, crumble mold cheese.
Brush tortilla with tomato-sour cream paste, arrange eggplant, tomatoes and peppers randomly on top, sprinkle cheese over everything.
Send to a preheated 200 degree oven until browned - for 5-10 minutes.
It is better to put it under the top of the oven so that the toppings cook faster than the flatbread.
Serve the finished pizza immediately.
