Cookies with cocoa and raisins
I read the recipe for this seemingly insignificant cookie in Alain Ducasse's book «Nature». If you don't know, this book was written by Alain Ducasse in collaboration with a nutritionist, and it is designed to tell you about recipes for not only tasty, but also healthy desserts.
I was a little confused by the amount of butter in the recipe, it was not at all diet-friendly, but the complete absence of sugar in the cookies made me happy. I changed the recipe a bit, added leavening agent, literally a pinch of sugar (I was making cookies for my little daughter, too) and dripped a little heavy cream, as the dough came out a bit dry. It turned out very tasty! I didn't count the calories of the dish, but I think that even those who are on a diet can indulge in it from time to time. Moreover, there is room for imagination – you can add various dried fruits, nuts, etc.
I didn't take step-by-step photos this time – everything is very easy to prepare, so I think you'll get great cookies without detailed instructions. I'll put all the important points in the dough.
