Lemon pie
A simple but quite delicious and flavorful pie. Two layers of lightly sandy pastry with a flavorful and juicy lemon layer in between. It's quick and easy to prepare.
Compost:
Dough:
- butter or margarine - 250g .
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1,5 tbsp.
- flour - 4 tbsp.
stuffing:
- lemon - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- starch - 1 tbsp.
Cooking the lemon pie:
Put sour cream, baking soda extinguished with lemon juice or vinegar, eggs and sugar into the softened butter.
Mix everything thoroughly and add the flour. Knead the dough well and divide into 2 parts.
Place one portion in the freezer and spread the other portion on an oiled baking tray. Make the edges of the pastry high so that the filling does not leak out when baking.
For the filling, thoroughly wash the lemons with the peel and put them through a meat grinder, add sugar and starch and mix.
Spread the lemon filling over the dough.
Remove the rest of the dough from the freezer and grate it coarsely for the filling.
Bake the pie for 50-60 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Enjoy!"
