Chocolate banana muffins (muffins)
Very tender and flavorful muffins with a slightly moist but not sticky crumb. They are easy to prepare and very fast.
Compound:
- overripe banana — 2 pcs.
- egg — 1 pc.
- sugar — 0,5 tbsp.
- flour — 3/4 tbsp.
- sour cream — 100 gr.
- cocoa powder — 2 tbsp.
- leavening agent — 0,5 sachets
- salt — pinch
Cooking chocolate banana muffins:
Mashed potato the banana with a fork, add the sour cream, egg, sugar and salt and mix well.
Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder and cocoa, add it to the banana mixture and mix well.
Grease muffin molds with vegetable oil without smell (if the molds are silicone, there is no need to grease them) and fill them with 3-4 tbsp. of batter.
Bake for about 30 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius.
