Chocolate and whey casserole "Zebra" in the multicooker
This incredibly tender and cottage cheese casserole will appeal even to those who don't like cottage cheese. The casserole turns out with an interesting pattern, thanks to which both adults and children are happy to eat it.
Compound (for a 2.5 liter multicooker):
- cottage cheese (5% or 9% fat content) - 500 gr .
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 3/4 tbsp.
- dark chocolate - 50 gr.
- cream (10%) - 50 ml
- potato starch - 3 tbsp.
Cooking:
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs and sugar until homogeneous and divide the resulting mass into two equal parts.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
Melt chocolate in cream and add to one part of the cottage cheese mixture.
Add 2 tbsp of starch to the chocolate and whey mixture and 1 tbsp of starch to the cottage cheese mixture.
Grease a multicooker pan with butter and fill with the curd mixture, placing 2 tbsp of each type of mixture alternately in the center of the pan.
You can make any pattern on the surface of the dough by running a toothpick or fork from the edge of the mold to the center.
Cook on Bake mode for 65 minutes, then turn on the same mode for another 20 minutes. After the end of cooking, let the casserole stand for 30-40 minutes without opening the lid of the multicooker.
