Chocolate brownie
I finally got around to making a chocolate brownie. I really like not just chocolate baked goods, but really chocolatey, with a little bit of bitterness. This brownie is just like that. It's not cloyingly sweet, it's super chocolatey and crumbly.
To make the brownies we need:
- dark chocolate - 2 pieces or 200g (I took 58%) ;
- cream butter - 250g. ;
- sugar - 250 gr. ;
- eggs - 4 pcs. ;
- flour - 125 gr. ;
- leavening agent - 1/4 tsp ;
- cocoa powder - 45 gr. ;
- nuts - 200 gr. (optional, you can do without nuts) .
Cooking brownies:
If you're going to make brownies with nuts, as I did, then the nuts need to be toasted and coarsely chopped. Melt the butter, add the melted chocolate to it and stir. Beat eggs with sugar and add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Stir and add the chocolate and butter mixture and nuts. Mix well.
Fill the mold with baking paper, I have a 20X25 cm glass rectangular mold. Pour the batter and send it into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
The finished brownie can be smeared with melted chocolate (I didn't).
Have a good appetite!
