Sour cream cookies
Sour cream cookies are light, fluffy and airy. When baked, the cookies become rather blurred, but the flavor and appearance do not suffer. They are very easy to make and quite quick to prepare.
Insert ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- soda - 0.5 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- lemon juice
Cooking sour cream cookies:
Whisk the eggs with sugar until a fluffy white mass. Then gently stirring, add the sour cream.
Pour the flour into the egg and sour cream mixture and mix gently until homogeneous.
Then add baking soda moistened with a little water or lemon juice.
The dough should slowly flow off the spoon and the whisk or spoon should leave a trace on it that does not disappear for some time.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it with a teaspoon, leaving a distance of 4-5 cm between the cookies, as the cookies will spread quite a bit in the oven.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes - until golden color.
Cool the finished cookies on a baking tray and then arrange on a plate.
