Curd casserole with raisins
This cottage cheese casserole is quick – it takes 3 minutes to mix the ingredients and 30 minutes – to bake it. It's perfect for a healthy and hearty breakfast or dinner.
Constituents:
- cottage cheese – 1 kg
- egg – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 9 tbsp.
- semolina – 3,5 tbsp.
- raisins – 1 tbsp.
- butter – 2 tbsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- leavening agent – 1 tsp.
- vanillin – 2 tbsp.
Cooking:
Wash the raisins and pour boiling water over them for 5 minutes.
Mix the cottage cheese and the rest of the ingredients, except the raisins, until smooth in a separate bowl. If the cottage cheese is curd-like, it should first be rubbed through a sieve.
Then add the steamed raisins and mix with a spatula.
Spoon the curd mixture into a greased and oiled mold.
Bake the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. After baking, cool the casserole a little bit.
Serve the casserole with sour cream, jam or as an independent dish.
