White chocolate tart
This is a very tasty cottage cheese pie. The curd cake is very delicate because it uses starch instead of flour and resembles a soufflé. And like a soufflé, the curd cake rises high when baked, but settles slightly after baking. Recipe by Irina Chadeeva.
Composition:
- cottage cheese 15% - 160 gr.
- sour cream 25% - 100 gr.
- sugar - 75 gr.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- starch - 40 gr.
- white chocolate - 100 gr.
Preparation of cottage cheese with white chocolate:
Beat the eggs with sugar into a puffy white mass.
Separately, mix the pureed cottage cheese and sour cream into a smooth mixture.
Add the starch and blend until smooth.
Pour in half of the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath.
Add the chocolate to the remaining egg mixture and mix until smooth.
Combine the cottage cheese and chocolate mixture and pour into a greased, oiled and flour-dusted mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. The pie should rise and brown.
Cool slightly and slice the finished pie.
