Cheesecake doughnuts
The doughnuts are very simple to make, but they taste nice and tender. They can be shaped in any way you like - balls, rings or strips.
Constituents:
- cottage cheese – 250 gr.
- if the cottage cheese is non-fat, then sour cream – 1 tbsp.
- egg – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 3 tbsp. with a slide
- flour – 7-9 tbsp.
- baking soda – 0.25 tsp.
Cooking curd doughnuts:
Mash the cottage cheese with the eggs and sugar. If the cottage cheese is low-fat, add sour cream. Put baking soda with vinegar. Gradually pour in the sifted flour. If the cottage cheese is dry, you need to put about 7 tbsp. of flour, and if moist – 9 tbsp. l. Mix all the ingredients well and knead the dough. If the dough will be sticky, do not be upset – you do not need to add more flour, just when molding hands will need to dust with flour.

You can form products of any shape. I recommend to pinch off pieces of dough from the lump, roll out of them «sausages» and, having connected the ends, mold them into rings.
Fry doughnuts on a hot skillet in vegetable oil on both sides until browned.
