Pour boiling water over the fruit. After all the jars are filled with water, return to the first jar, drain the water from it, boil it and pour it back into the jar. Do this procedure with all the jars.

After that, for the second time, drain the water from the first jar, add about 1 tbsp of sugar (depends on the sweetness of the peaches), re-boil and pour back into the jar. After that, close the jar with a lid, turn it upside down, cover it with a plaid or a towel. After the jars under the plaid cool down, put them in the usual place for storage.
Bon appetit!

Canned zucchini salad

This salad came in handy during zucchini season when we needed to utilize them immediately. We recently opened the first jar and it was immediately empty. It was very tasty and savory, so don't miss this appetizer in the summer season.

Pickled plums

Do not cook plums with this recipe! It's a real drug! But if you do decide to make them, the recipe is below, but don't say I didn't warn you! Better yet, make a double batch at once.

Granola

You can change the composition of granola to suit you, I've added the goodies I love and the goodies I want to use but don't eat pure, like flax and pumpkin seeds. I use it very simply: pour it in yogurt or ryazhenka – and breakfast is ready! But you can also add it to cottage cheese, or sprinkle it on top of a pie, or even make a salad.

dried bell peppers

This is a terrific appetizer, can be used for bruschetta or added to unsweetened baked goods (bread, pizza, rolls), or can be munched just from the jar.

An awesome appetizer.
