Pancakes with chicken and mushrooms
Appetizer pancakes with mushrooms and chicken meat - a hearty appetizer dish, where the filling turns out juicy and tasty. You can use any kind of pancakes to wrap the filling, as long as they are not too sweet. Thanks to my sister Luba for the recipe!
Constituents:
- pancakes - 10 pcs.
- chicken meat - 250 gr.
- fresh mushrooms - 250 gr.
- onion - 1 pc.
- sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- hard cheese - 150 gr.
Cooking mushrooms with chicken and mushrooms:
Prepare pancakes according to any of the above recipes or your favorite recipe.
The main thing is that the pancakes should not be very sweet.
Then prepare the stuffing. Boil the meat of chicken until cooked in salted water.
Peel the mushrooms, slice into plates.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until browned.
And then fry the onion until browned.
Then add the mushrooms and fry until the moisture has evaporated and the mushrooms are lightly browned.
Pass the mushrooms and meat through a meat grinder, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Wrap the filling in the pancakes.
Grate the cheese.
Place the pancakes on a baking tray, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until the cheese is melted.
You can do the same thing in the microwave.
Serve the finished pancakes.
