Red fish canapés

These are the simplest and perhaps the most delicious canapés. A classic of the genre - salmon and lemon, all on a thin slice of baguette. Delicious and festive, although I would eat these canapés every day.

Composition (about 30 pieces):

  • baguette - 1 piece
  • .
  • cream butter - 50 gr.
  • red fish lightly salted - 300 gr.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • dill or parsley - as desired
  • .

Cooking canapés with red fish:

Cut the baguette into slices about 1 cm thick and grease with butter.
Slice the fish into thin slices. Slice the lemon into thin slices and then cut them into halves.
Place a slice of fish and half a lemon slice on a buttered piece of baguette. If desired, garnish with sprigs of dill or parsley.

Serve immediately.
Enjoy!
