Liver roll in cheese
I'm coming to you with my appetizer - liver roll. Dedicated to liver (chicken) lovers :) But my brother is not a liver lover, but he gobbled it up! This is an indicator of edibility :D The appetizer is very easy to prepare. I recommend it!
To make the liver roll we will need:
- chicken liver - 250 g;
- onion - 1 large piece;
- boiled eggs - 4 pieces;
- salt;
- pepper;
- hard cheese - 150 gr.;
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- gelatin - 2 tbsp.
Cooking liver roll in cheese:
Chicken liver is washed and fried with chopped onions in a pan until ready. Salt, pepper. Let cool a little and twist through a meat grinder. Take eggs and separate yolks from whites. Grind the whites through a meat grinder to the liver mass, stir. Taste for salt.
Grate the cheese, grate the yolks into the cheese and add the mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly.
Gelatin soak four tablespoons of water and heat, but do not boil. Dissolve the gelatine and add it to the liver and cheese mixture (2 tbsp each). Mix both liver and cheese masses well.
Take a piece of foil, put food film on it and start to form a roll. First pour the cheese mixture onto the foil and spread it into a rectangle. On the cheese mass put the liver mass, also distribute evenly over the entire surface. Roll up and send to the refrigerator to harden for a few hours, or better overnight. That's it! Before serving, cut the roll and decorate it with herbs.
Good appetite! ;)
