Avocado appetizer
Unusual, original and quite delicious. This is a portioned appetizer – a separate portion is prepared for each guest. To prepare this appetizer you just need avocado, mustard, olive oil and vinegar. Despite the simple ingredients, the appetizer turns out to be quite hearty. This recipe was shared by my colleague Ludmila, for which I thank her very much.
Constituents (for two servings):
- ripe avocado – 1 piece .
- mustard – 2 tbsp.
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Cooking the avocado appetizer:
For this dish you need to use a ripe avocado, it should be a little soft and kind of buttery. The avocado should be washed, cut lengthwise into two halves and remove the pit.
Mustard, any – with grains or not, olive oil and vinegar mix well.
Put the sauce into each half of avocado in the cavity from the pit and serve.
Eat this dish with a spoon straight from the halves, breaking off a slice of avocado and grabbing some of the sauce.
