Appetizer rolls of pancakes with feta and salmon

A savory and tender appetizer that can be topped with any lightly salted red fish. Instead of feta you can use cheese or not very moist cottage cheese. This appetizer is worthy of both a festive table and a family dinner.

Constituents:

  • prepared pancakes - 10 pieces

  • feta - 200 gr.
  • green onions - 5 pcs.
  • lightly salted salmon (or any red fish) - 200 gr.

Cooking:

Mix the feta with the finely chopped green onions. If cottage cheese is used, it should be lightly salted.

Prepare.

Place feta mixture and strips of fish on prepared pancakes and roll up.
