Roasted peppers with garlic.
A flavorful pepper, a delight for lovers of this vegetable.
Constituents:
- fleshy bell pepper – 3 pcs.
- garlic – 2 cloves
- olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Cooking:
Wash the peppers, place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the skin is brightly browned – about 20-30 minutes. After that, immediately transfer the peppers to a saucepan and tightly cover with a lid. This is necessary so that the skin can easily fall off from the pulp.
After 20-30 minutes, remove the peppers, peel off the skins, seeds and inner partitions.
Cut peppers into strips, place on a dish, sprinkle finely chopped garlic on top. Salt and pepper the peppers, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It will be tasty to add parsley greens.
