Banana and cookie dessert
A dessert from the series "simpler" but at the same time very tasty. It is prepared very quickly and simply - you just need to lay out layers of bananas and cookies, overlapping it with sour cream. But after the dessert stands for a few hours, the cookies are soaked, turning into a cookie, the banana gives off flavor, and the sour cream, partially absorbed in the cookies, solidifies. All together resembles the taste of a cake, which is ready in 15 minutes. Thanks to Seville for the dessert idea!
Composition:
- banana - 2 pcs.
- biscuits of "melted milk" type - 250 g.
- sour cream - 450 ml
- sugar - to taste (about 6 tbsp. ).
for decoration:
- coconut shavings, chocolate, etc.
Preparing banana and cookie dessert:
Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices.
Whisk the sour cream with the sugar until thickened.
Line a large bowl or saucepan with food wrap. Spoon 2 tbsp of the cream into the pan.
Pour the cream into the pan.
Place cookies on top.
Layer the cream again so that it covers the cookies. Place the bananas as the next layer.
Bananas.
Then again cream, cookies, cream, cream, bananas, and so alternate until all ingredients are laid out. The last one should be the cookies.
Top the resulting construction with food film, cover with a plate and place a weight (a jar of water) on it.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or better overnight, to allow the cookies to soak and the cream to thicken.
Gently invert the finished dessert onto a plate and remove from the mold. Remove the mold and sprinkle the dessert with coconut shavings, grated chocolate, cocoa or powdered sugar, if desired.
Have a good appetite!"
