Milk kisel
Familiar moms I meet at the playground while walking with my daughter often ask me about recipes for kids. I, like most moms, pay a lot of attention to baby food - trying to make sure my child eats a varied, tasty and as healthy as possible. It seems to me that I got the most picky child in food, who, in addition, does not want to drink milk at all. I got out of the situation by preparing a milk kissel. Sweet, tasty and tender dessert, which came to our liking, only in "adult" version I sprinkle it with grated chocolate. I hope your baby will like it too.
Constituents (for 4-5 servings):
- milk - 1 liter
- sugar - 4 tbsp
- starch - 3-5 tbsp .
to serve:
- chocolate - 50g .
Preparation of milk sour cream:
Pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. When the water boils, pour in the milk, add the sugar (the amount of sugar is to your taste) and bring to the boil.
When the water boils, pour in the milk, add the sugar (the amount of sugar should be adjusted to your taste) and bring to the boil.
Dilute the starch separately in half a cup of water until dissolved. The amount of starch depends on the desired thickness of the sour cream - if you want to drink it, put 3 tbsp of starch, if you want to eat it with a spoon, use 5 tbsp of starch.
Allow the starch to dissolve.
When the milk comes to a boil, pour in the diluted starch (if the starch has settled, stir it well again beforehand), stirring continuously.
Boil the sour cream for about 3 more minutes.
Then pour the sour cream into cremains or cups, bring to room temperature and place in the refrigerator until set.
Before serving, you can sprinkle the sour cream with grated chocolate.
Welcome!
