An unpretentious blackcurrant dessert
This dessert is for those who love fruit jellies.
For cooking, you will need a few simple ingredients:
- 2 cups of black currant
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of sugar I sorted out the currants, washed them, dried them, and whipped them with a blender with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Beat the rest of the sugar with the whites until foamy. Mix the whites with the currants.
Meanwhile, dissolve the gelatin in warm water, cool it slightly and add it to the protein-currant mixture, mixing it gently.
Poured the mass into glasses (preferably larger ones, because it turns out 2 glasses of 200 ml and one of 50 ml). When the mass has cooled to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator.
The dessert can be decorated with whipped cream, berries or mint leaves whipped with powdered sugar.
Bon appetit!
