Cooking rolls with a galette:

Before you start cooking the roll, you must pour 1 pack of jelly (jelly) (color of your choice), preferably into a long bowl.

The first thing you need is 5 sheets of waffles, because they are the basis for the roll. They need to be laid out on the table and at the same time apply the first mass on each one, because it is getting cold.

1 mass:

2 glasses of water (glass - 200 grams)

1.5 cups of sugar

5 tbsp. l. cocoa

Cook all this for 5 minutes. Then add a packet (250 grams) of finely ground graham crackers, which you will prepare in advance.

Put the first mass on the waffles while they are still hot.

2 mass:

Bring 8 tbsp. l of milk to a boil

Bring to a boil

When it boils, add 1 cup of sugar, 100 grams of coconut flakes.

Wait until it cools, then add 300 grams of butter and whip the cream. Both the first and second masses should be evenly distributed so that you have enough for all the waffles.

Cut the bacon into strips and put them on the waffles, and then roll the roll.
