Plum toast
This dish is hardly suitable for a gala reception, but it's a delicious sweet treat nonetheless. The bread becomes crispy after baking and the plums are covered with a glaze of sugar syrup. Spending 5 minutes on preparation, you will get a very tasty fruit dessert. Recipe from the book "Fruit" series "Good Kitchen".

Constituents (for 2 servings):
- plums - 3-4 pcs.
- butter - 30 gr.
- 1 cm thick slices of fresh white bread - 2 pcs.
- brown sugar - 10 gr.
Cooking plum croutons:
Cut the plums in half and remove the pit.
Butter one side of the bread and place the plums on it, pressing them into the bread. Put a little butter and brown sugar on each half of the plum.
Place the bread with the plums facing up on a parchment-lined baking tray and cover the top with a sheet of parchment. Place the tray in the oven close to the top and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
