Vitamin salad of carrots, apples, raisins and nuts
A very healthy yet delicious salad that can be served as a dessert. It's perfect for young children who can't be bothered to chew on healthy carrots. And it only takes 5 minutes to make.
It's a very healthy yet tasty dessert.
Constituents:
- large carrot - 1 piece .
- apple - 2-3 pcs.
- raisins - a handful
- walnuts - a handful
- flavorless vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- honey or sugar - as desired
Cooking:
To prepare this salad I advise you to take sweet carrots and apple, then there will be no need to add honey or sugar.
Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over them and set aside for 5 minutes, then drain the water.
Chop the peeled walnuts coarsely.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and grate the peeled apples on a coarse grater.
Mix all the ingredients and add vegetable oil (then the vitamins in the carrots will be absorbed, as they are fat-soluble). If necessary, add sugar or honey.
Allow the salad to infuse for about 5-10 minutes and serve.
