Dried fruit compote
Dried fruits — it is delicious, and also very useful. And compote from dried fruits can be prepared when there are no fresh berries and fruits. You can use any dried fruits and berries, but traditionally used dried apples and pears.
Dried fruit compote is a delicious and very useful compote.
Composition:
- dried apples — a handful
- dried pears — a handful
- sugar — 7-8 tbsp.
Cooking dried fruit compote:
Rinse the dried fruit under running water.
Put the dried fruit in a saucepan and pour about 2.5-3 liters of cold water.
Bring the compote to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Allow the fruit to boil.
Then add sugar (its amount should be adjusted to your taste) and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Cool the compote and serve.
