Flavorful chicken broth with eggs.
A flavorful chicken broth made rich by the addition of an egg. Simple and very quick.
Constituents:
- chicken meat - 350 gr.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 piece
- parsley root - 1 pc.
- egg - 2 pcs.
- salt, peppercorns - to taste
Cooking:
Chicken meat cut into small pieces, pour 3 liters of water and put on the fire. When the broth boils, skim off the foam and cook over low heat.
Meanwhile, peel and coarsely chop the vegetables. Fry the vegetables in a dry pan until golden, which will give the broth a nice flavor.
Fry the vegetables in a dry pan.
Pour the roasted vegetables into the broth, add salt, a few peas of black pepper, a couple of bay leaves and simmer until the meat and vegetables are cooked.
Meanwhile, boil the hard-boiled eggs - about 7 minutes.
Before serving, break the meat into small pieces, cut the eggs in half. Put half an egg into each plate, add meat, pour broth and sprinkle with herbs.
