Potato soup with meatballs
A simple, very quick and delicious soup. A perfect first course for children - they are much more interested in eating meat balls than just meat.
Constituents:
- meat minced meat - 500 gr.
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking potato soup with meatballs:
Clean the vegetables, chop and lower them into boiling water.
For cooking meatballs it is better to use not very fatty meat, ideally - chicken or turkey meat. Salt, pepper and lightly batter the mince, lifting and dropping it on the table - this will make the mince denser and the meatballs will not fall apart when boiled.
Allow the meatballs to cook.
Wet your hands in water and mold the ground meatballs into walnut-sized meatballs.
When the potatoes are almost done, drop the meatballs into the soup and simmer until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle the soup with herbs.
