Chicken soup with mushrooms
A light, pleasant mushroom soup that will bring variety to the menu of first courses.
Constituents:
- chicken breasts – 2 pcs.
- mushrooms – 300 gr.
- potatoes – 2-3 pcs.
- onion – 1 pc.
- carrots – 1 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pcs.
Cooking:
Wash chicken breasts, pour 2-3 liters of water and put on the fire. Peel the mushrooms and cut into plates. When the meat boils, remove the foam and put in the pot finely chopped onions, chopped or grated carrots and add the chopped potatoes. When the vegetables boil again, add mushrooms to the soup and cook until ready.
Salt the soup, add pepper and spices to taste. Dried basil, oregano and ground bay leaf go well with mushrooms.
