Creamy salmon soup
This simple and quick soup can be made with any red fish: salmon, salmon or trout. It turns out very tasty and hearty, and it takes minimum time to prepare the soup. Thanks to Nastya for the recipe!
Constituents:
- red fish fillet - 250-300gr.
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- cream 20% - 250 ml
Preparation of cream soup with red fish:
Peel and chop the vegetables: potatoes with medium cubes, carrots - finely, and onions finely chop.
In a saucepan, boil 2.5 liters of water and drop in the potatoes, carrots and onions.
When the vegetables are almost ready, add the fish fillets, cut into large cubes.
Add the fish fillets to the broth.
Cook for about 5 more minutes - until the fish is cooked.
When the fish is ready, pour cream into the soup and stir.
Add salt, pepper to taste and let the soup infuse for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped dill, if desired.
