Broccoli puree soup
A light, quick, healthy and delicious soup. Broccoli lovers will especially appreciate it. When serving, you can add meat, cheese, breadcrumbs or just chopped herbs to the soup.
Insert ingredients:
- broccoli - 1 head
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 onion
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp .

Cooking broccoli puree soup:
Clean the potatoes, chop them and boil them in salted water until tender.
Chop the onion finely and fry until soft in sunflower oil in a frying pan.
Separate the broccoli into florets and boil in boiling water until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine the broccoli, potatoes, and sauteed onions and whisk with a blender.
(The potatoes may become sticky when whipped, so you can mash them separately and add them to the soup).
Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
