Cheese soup with mushrooms
A simple and very quick to make soup. Just a godsend for a quick dinner, when you don't have the energy to cook something complicated, but you want to have a delicious dinner.
Constituents:
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pcs.
- mushrooms - 2 handfuls
- melted cheese - 2 pcs.
- sunflower oil for frying
- salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation of cheese soup with mushrooms:
Clean the vegetables. Cut potatoes into cubes.
Slice the mushrooms into plates, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots.
Drop the potatoes into the boiling water.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan with sunflower oil, fry the onion until soft, add the carrots and stew for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and braise for about 5 minutes.
Place the cooked vegetables in the potato broth and simmer until tender.
Add grated melted cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
