Tomato soup with hunting sausages and beans
A simple but satisfying and rich soup with a rich tomato flavor and smoked meat aroma. The great advantage of this recipe is that it is very easy and quick to prepare.
Constituents:
- potatoes — 4-5 pcs.
- hunting sausages - 300 gr.
- beans (canned) — 1 can (400 gr).
- tomatoes in their own juice - 400 gr.
- celery — 2 stalks
- onion — 1 piece .
- garlic — 2 cloves
- sunflower oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking:
Pour 3-3.5 liters of water into a saucepan and place on the heat.
Meanwhile, peel the vegetables, chop the onion, garlic and celery stalks finely.
Dice the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
Slice the sausages into small circles.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop them. Drain the juice from the can of beans.
Put the potatoes in boiling water, bring to the boil and cook until half cooked.
At the same time, put a little sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry onion, garlic and celery until soft, then add chopped tomatoes with juice and stew for 4-5 minutes.
When the potatoes are half done, add the sausages to the pot and simmer until the potatoes are done.
After that, put the beans and tomato mixture into the soup, add bay leaf, salt, pepper to taste, bring to a boil and simmer for another 7-10 minutes. Add a bay leaf, salt, pepper to taste, bring to a boil and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
Once done, turn off the heat and let the soup infuse for 15-20 minutes.
This soup can be served with sour cream.
