Fried scallops with green salad
Simple, quick and delicious. Tender scallop meat on juicy salad leaves, complemented by a flavorful dressing. The only note - to make this dish really delicious, you should take fresh scallops, not frozen ones, as the latter have a much worse flavor.
Composition:
- fresh sea scallops - 400 gr.
- fresh lettuce - small bundle
- arugula - small bunch
- lemon - 0,5 pcs.
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- olive oil for frying
Cooking:
Rinse the scallops thoroughly and dry them on paper towels.
Dry them on paper towels.
Splash some olive oil in a skillet and fry the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side. After that, add some white wine, salt and pepper to taste to the skillet and keep on the flame for another 2-3 minutes.
