Light tuna salad
Simple but delicious salad with canned tuna. You can change the composition of vegetables depending on your preferences.
Constituents:
- tuna – 1 can
- onion – 1 small piece .
- tomato – 2 pcs.
- cucumber – 2 pcs.
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- olive oil
Cooking:
Boil the eggs hard-boiled. Peel the vegetables, chop and arrange them randomly on a plate. Top the vegetables with the sliced eggs and tuna meat.
Prepare dressing by mixing tuna juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
