Sauerkraut salad with pomegranate grains
This is not a recipe, but rather an idea for serving a traditional sauerkraut salad. The pomegranate seeds add both flavor and color to the dish, making the salad look more dressed up and attractive.

Composition:
- squashed cabbage - 250 gr.
- olive or sunflower oil - 3-4 tbsp.
- Yalta salad onion - 0,5 pcs.
- pomegranate grains - a handful
Preparation sauerkraut salad with pomegranate grains:
Squeeze the sauerkraut (if it is too sour, rinse it slightly under cold water beforehand).
Put the cabbage on a plate, put onions sliced into thin half-rings on top, pour vegetable oil and sprinkle with pomegranate grains.
