Composition:

  • squashed cabbage - 250 gr.
  • olive or sunflower oil - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Yalta salad onion - 0,5 pcs.
  • pomegranate grains - a handful

Preparation sauerkraut salad with pomegranate grains:

Squeeze the sauerkraut (if it is too sour, rinse it slightly under cold water beforehand).
Put the cabbage on a plate, put onions sliced into thin half-rings on top, pour vegetable oil and sprinkle with pomegranate grains.
