Preparation of salad of young cabbage, spinach and cucumbers:

Wash the vegetables.
Shred the cabbage finely, cut the cucumber into half rings.
Wash and chop the herbs.
Mix everything in a bowl, dress with sour cream, salt, pepper and mix.
