Jerusalem artichoke salad
The holidays are over, with their endless succession of guests, feasts and treats. Your body is in dire need of a break and a diet. Sitting on buckwheat and steamed vegetables is not very interesting, but to expand your diet and start using different, at first glance unsightly and not in great demand vegetables - it's time. To such "forgotten" vegetables I have topinambour, which I rarely use, although in fact it is a treasure trove of vitamins and minerals. This salad is completely simple, but healthy and easy on the body. So hurry to the market for topinambour and let's burn off the invaluable centimeters on our waistline gained during the holidays.
Composition:
- topinambour - 4 pcs.
- onion - 0,5 heads
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste .
Preparation of topinambour salad:
Clean the topinambour and cut into small straws.
Chop the onion finely.
In a bowl, mix the topinambour with the onion, salt and pepper and dress with olive oil.
