Egg and green onion salad
This is one of the very first spring salads. Uncomplicated ingredients and simple preparation. It is quite suitable for a variation of the menu.
Constituents:
- Green onions – 1 small bunch
- eggs – 3 pcs .
- sour cream – 3-4 tbsp.
- salt to taste
Cooking:
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (cook for 7 minutes after boiling). Peel and cut into not too coarse cubes.
Peel and finely chop the green onions.
Mix onions with eggs, salt and dress with sour cream. Mix well and serve.
