Salad with cod liver, cheese and eggs
A tasty but very nutritious salad. It is more suitable for winter feasts, though it disappears from the table very quickly in summer too.
	
Constituents:
- canned cod liver – 1 can
- hard cheese – 150 gr.
- green onion – 1 bunch
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise for dressing
Cooking:
	Boil the eggs hard-boiled. Drain the juice from the canned fish and mash the cod liver with a fork.
	Grate the cheese and eggs and add to the liver.
	Finely chop green onions and add them to the salad. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and serve.
