Tuna, feta and corn salad
I often make salads from whatever I have in the fridge at the moment, and it often turns out delicious. This salad is just such a case. It's hearty, tasty and fresh.
Constituents:
- arugula - bundle
- cucumber - 1 piece
- feta - 100 gr.
- canned corn - 0.5 can
- canned tuna - 1 can
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp .
Cooking tuna, feta and corn salad:
Wash and chop the arugula. Slice the cucumber.
Place the arugula on a plate, top with the cucumber, then the canned tuna, corn and sliced feta.
Lay the arugula on top of the cucumber, then the canned tuna, corn and sliced feta.
Dress everything with oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper if necessary.
Stir and serve immediately.
