Puff pastry baskets with caramelized peaches
A quick way to get crispy puff pastry baskets with a juicy and flavorful peach filling. Minimal hassle and maximum pleasure.
Compost:
- ready puff pastry – 450 gr.
- peaches – 4 pcs.
- sugar – 3 tbsp.
Cooking:
Defrost the puff pastry.
Peel the peaches and remove the pit. Cut the peaches into small pieces and place in a heated pan. Pour sugar on top and add 3 tbsp of water. Stirring constantly, caramelize the peaches until the excess water evaporates. The peaches should become shiny.
Roll out the dough lightly and cut into squares. Place the filling in the center of each square.
Add the filling to the center of each square.
Staple the corners of the square together at the top.
Staple the resulting slits lightly to keep the filling from leaking out.
Bake the baskets in a preheated 180-200 degree oven until browned.
