Dark chocolate muffins (muffins)
The cupcakes are slightly moist, moderately spongy and have a rich chocolate flavor and a very dark color, which is achieved by boiling the cocoa. Recommended for chocoholics!
Compost:
- sugar - 450 gr.
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
- cocoa - 70 gr.
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
- water - 240 ml
- vegetable oil - 180 gr.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 220 gr.
- kefir - 60 ml
- vanilla extract or vanillin - to taste
Cooking:
Mix sugar, salt, baking soda, cocoa and hot water in a saucepan and, stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes and cool.
Allow to cool.
To the cooled mixture, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread the batter into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees until ready to bake - about 25 minutes.
