Curd casserole in the multicooker

Tender, very cottage cheesey and delicious casserole. The perfect dish for a healthy breakfast.

Constituents:

  • cottage cheese - 400 gr.
  • milk - 100 ml
  • sugar - 120 gr.
  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.
  • manna groats - 50 gr.
  • starch - 40 gr.
  • raisins - a handful
  • couragas - 6-7 pcs.
  • zestra of 0,5 lemon
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • vanillin - a tip of a tsp
  • salt - a pinch

Cooking:

Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add milk, curd, juice and zest of lemon and mix. Then add the semolina, starch, vanillin and salt and mix well. Pour in the washed raisins and chopped apricots and mix well.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil and place the curd mixture in it.
Cook in the mode "bake" 65 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick - if it comes out dry, the casserole is ready, if not - then cook for another 20 minutes.
Cool and remove the casserole.
You can serve the casserole with sour cream or jam.
