GOST cottage cheese cake
The cupcake turns out very tasty, with a slightly moist and very sweet crumb. This cupcake is definitely worth a try, especially since it's not very difficult to make. It's much harder to resist baking it to the end, because the flavor is incredibly appetizing.
Compound (for 500 ml mold):
- flour - 150 gr.
- cream butter - 75 gr.
- sugar - 165 gr.
- cottage cheese (18%) - 130 gr.
- small eggs - 2 pcs.
- leavening agent - 0,5 tsp.
- sugar powder for sprinkling
Preparation:
Beat the butter with a mixer and sugar for 7-8 minutes until the mixture is crumbly.
Add cottage cheese and beat until smooth. If the curd is gritty, it should be rubbed through a sieve beforehand.
Add the cottage cheese and whisk until smooth.
Add 2 eggs to the mixture and mix well with a mixer (if the eggs are large, you should use one whole egg and the yolk).
Pour the sifted flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix the mixture well with a mixer, making sure the dough is fully kneaded.
Lubricate a muffin mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Place the batter in the mold and bake the cupcake at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check the readiness with a match - it should come out dry from the middle of the cake.
Cool the finished cupcake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Happy appetite!
