Vegetarian (lean) chocolate muffins (muffins)
Very tasty muffins that you can indulge in even during Lent. The muffins are moderately sweet, moist, and quick and easy to make. You can use coconut milk or soy milk instead of water.
Constituents (for 12 pieces.):
- flour - 200 gr.
- sugar - 125 gr.
- cocoa powder - 30 gr.
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- water - 230 ml
- vegetable oil - 75 ml
- vinegar (6%) - 1 tsp.
- vanillin - 1 sachet (10 g.) .
Cooking:
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, add water, oil and vinegar and mix thoroughly.
Spread the batter into the molds, filling them to 2/3 of their height.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 18-20 minutes.
Check the readiness with a toothpick. Cool the ready cupcakes in the molds, take them out and cool completely on a lattice.
The top of the cupcakes can be decorated with vegetable whipped cream, sweet cottage cheese mass or cream cheese melted with sugar and cocoa, and in the lean version cover with bitter chocolate frosting or sprinkle hot cupcakes with grated chocolate.
