Sandwich lard with garlic.
Salo with garlic will go well with rye bread for real Ukrainian borscht or as an appetizer for a feast or just lunch. It will please lovers of lard and garlic. It is prepared quickly, but you get a very tasty sandwich mass, which you can just smear on bread and eat. I highly recommend you try it.
Composition:
- lard
- garlic
- salt, pepper
Cooking:
Cut the skin off the lard and grind it on a meat grinder. Add garlic pressed through a garlic press or twisted through a meat grinder to the lard. Salt and pepper the lard, if desired, add red pepper. Mix everything well. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with black bread.
