Venezuelan-style mushrooms
A simple and quick way to prepare marinated mushrooms.
Compost:
- fresh mushrooms – 500 gr.
- vegetable oil – 0,5 tbsp.
- 5% vinegar - 1/3 tbsp.
- garlic – 2-3 cloves
- salt – 1 tsp.
- sugar – 2 tsp.
- black pepper peas – 10-12 pcs.
- bay leaf – 3 pieces .
Cooking Venezuelan-style mushrooms:
Clean the mushrooms, cut large mushrooms into halves or quarters. Finely chop the garlic.
In a deep skillet or thick-bottomed saucepan, put all the ingredients, cover and place over medium heat.

Once the marinade comes to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Cool, transfer to a jar and place in the refrigerator.
When serving, sprinkle with onions or herbs.
