A simple and quick way to prepare marinated mushrooms.

Venezuelan-style mushrooms

Compost:

  • fresh mushrooms – 500 gr.
  • vegetable oil – 0,5 tbsp.
  • 5% vinegar - 1/3 tbsp.
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • salt – 1 tsp.
  • sugar – 2 tsp.
  • black pepper peas – 10-12 pcs.
  • bay leaf – 3 pieces

Cooking Venezuelan-style mushrooms:

Clean the mushrooms, cut large mushrooms into halves or quarters. Finely chop the garlic.
In a deep skillet or thick-bottomed saucepan, put all the ingredients, cover and place over medium heat.

Once the marinade comes to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Cool, transfer to a jar and place in the refrigerator.
When serving, sprinkle with onions or herbs.
