Shrimp fried with garlic
The shrimp in this recipe is flavorful and delicious, and it's quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for a romantic dinner, a party, or just a snack.
Constituents:
- shrimps - 1 kg
- garlic - 3 cloves
- vegetable oil
Cooking:
Peel a few garlic cloves, and distribute by pressing with the side of the knife blade.
Rinse fresh shrimp (in shell) well.
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and fry garlic in it until browned.
Once the garlic is browned, take it out and discard it, otherwise it will burn when cooking the shrimp and give off an unpleasant odor.
Place shrimp in a single layer on the fragrant garlic oil and fry on one side for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and turn them over. Fry them on the second side also for about 3 minutes. If you are using already cooked shrimp, you can shorten the frying time.
Once the shrimp are fried, remove them to a plate and fry the next batch of shrimp.
