Cheese plate tartlets
An original idea to serve portioned salads in edible cheese plates (tartlets). The plates are very easy to prepare.
Constituents:
- hard cheese – 200 gr.
- starch – 1 tsp.
Cooking:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with the starch. Spread 1 tbsp of cheese on a dry pan and spread in a thin layer without any gaps.
Pour the cheese into a dry pan.
When the cheese is completely melted, remove the skillet from the heat and allow the cheese to harden slightly in the pan so that it can be removed without tearing.
Depending on the desired plate size, prepare shot glasses, tumblers or cups.
Place the cheese pancakes in the bottom of the inverted shot glasses and press down on the dishes with your hands.
Carefully remove the cooled tartlets from the molds and fill with a salad that matches the flavor of the cheese (chicken, mushroom or egg salad). In this case, the plates are filled with cod liver salad with cheese and egg.
