Cheese roll
I've posted a recipe for cookie roll with cheese before. Now for the opposite :) This roll can be made with any filling. In this case, I have cheese roll with liver.
To prepare the roll we will need:
- hard cheese - 200 gr. ;
- chicken liver
- mayonnaise - 100 gr. ;
- eggs - 3 pcs. ;
- milk - 3 tbsp.
- greens
Cooking cheese roll:
I took chicken liver, fried it in a pan with chopped onions. If you cook with minced meat, you need to chop onions and mix everything together.
Whisk the egg, add mayonnaise, semolina and mix. Add grated cheese, herbs and mix again. Place the cheese mixture on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then take it out and place the filling on top of the cheese mixture.
Gently roll up into a roll and put back in the oven. If you cook the roll with minced meat, you need to keep it in the oven for 35 minutes. Since I cooked with cooked liver, the roll was baked for 20 minutes.
